Welcome to the Monster Music Online Shop. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

Monster Music reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Some items may be available for preorder or backorder. If there are significant delays with your order, we will do our best to contact you with an update.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if:

  • A product becomes unavailable

  • A pricing or stock error occurs

  • We are unable to fulfill the order for any reason

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.

Monster Music reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within New Zealand only using NZ Post or affiliated courier services.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier delays, weekends, holidays, or busy periods.

Monster Music is not responsible for delays once parcels have been handed to the courier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details and addresses are entered correctly at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is lost or returned, additional shipping costs may apply.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want customers to be happy with their purchase. However, due to the nature of merchandise and apparel sales, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect choice

  • General wear and tear

We will happily offer a replacement, exchange, or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item is significantly different from what was advertised

  • The size supplied does not match the size ordered

Any issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving the order.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)

  • A brief explanation of the problem

Returned items may need to be sent back before a replacement or refund is issued.

6. Product Images & Colours

We do our best to display products and colours accurately.

However, actual colours, print placement, sizing, and product appearance may vary slightly depending on:

  • Screen settings

  • Manufacturing batches

  • Lighting in product photography

Minor variations do not qualify as faults.

7. Apparel Sizing

Please check sizing information carefully before ordering.

Sizing may vary slightly between garments and suppliers.

8. Intellectual Property

All Monster Music branding, logos, artwork, graphics, designs, and content remain the property of Monster Music unless otherwise stated.

Products and designs may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Monster Music is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss

  • Courier delays or delivery issues

  • Loss resulting from misuse of products

  • Minor product variations or manufacturing inconsistencies

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand consumer laws.

Any personal information collected through the online shop is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
